Working with Adam was great! The whole process was far easier and quicker than I expected and Adam's communication was exceptional; he quickly answered all my questions and was great with following up. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured into making a decision. This was my first time buying insurance for my business and with all the other thing I had to juggle while getting ready for opening day, Adam made sure getting insurance was the last thing on my mind!

i have been a client of the vail agency. for over 50 yrs and i will always be. Maryann, Scott and Adam have always been helpful with any issues i have had. they just searched for new policies and were able to save me money with same or better coverage. you should give them a try you might be able to get better coverage and possible some cheaper rates. let them work for you you wont be disappointed

Scott & Vail Agency has gone above and beyond to help us out since coming on board years ago. Their approach to our needs has always been pro-active. From the beginning, our policies, coverage, pros & cons have all been explained truthfully and in full. They have worked with us to find what fits into our life and our budget and helped us make the most sensible choices along the way. Everything has always been thoroughly explained with no sense that we are being rushed or our time is not important to them. Our recent transition to Hanover was met head on with phone calls, advice, and a desire to help us keep and improve our insurance with cost in mind. A few years ago Scott did a lot of research for a project of ours that ultimately wasn't feasible, but the effort and personal touch he applied was appreciated more than he will know. Additionally, the ability to call the office anytime and talk to someone we can trust has been a priceless addition to our experience. I have never hesitated to pick up the phone with a question knowing I will be met with compassion and understanding. I have referred friends and family to Vail Agency over the years and will continue to do so. In a world where their business and agents are often despised or looked down upon, we are happy to have such a wonderful place, with wonderful people, right in town.

Scott and the team at Vail have been handling all of my insurance needs for most of my adult life. I have always felt that I have been completely covered, most importantly, but also that I have zero need nor desire to shop around for a better rate. Some years back my wife and I switched from a local agent to one of the bigger insurance companies due to a number of factors, one of which was the promise of a proactive agent with a teacher's mindset. When this didn't pan out and rates kept going up with no dedicated agent to talk to any longer we made the decision to again look at other options. Following the recommendation of a friend we stopped in to Vail and spoke with Adam. After taking our information and discussing our needs he did some work and got back to us within a couple days with a great package for most of our insurance needs. He explained all parts of the policies and was honest when some of the quotes he had for us were more expensive than our current coverage. We now have a diverse portfolio that not only increased our coverage but is saving us over $1,000/year compared to our previous insurer! The whole process was incredibly easy and all of our questions were answered. We have several types of insurance and when the policies Adam presented us were more expensive than our current ones, there was no pressure at all to switch and he even encouraged us to stay put where it made sense. Since then he has always picked up his phone or gotten back to us quickly when questions have come up. The whole office was warm and welcoming when we walked in and I expect we will be using them for many years to come. We have also been among those to recommend Vail to family and friends on multiple occasions.
